My name is Vikas Mann (also known as AJ), and I founded DirectWay to change how Ontario manages its e-waste.

Growing up, my family taught me that business is not just about profit—it is about relationships, trust, and lifting up your community. My family’s entrepreneurial roots gave me the foundational grit, work ethic, and logistical framework to leap into the environmental sector. Armed with those family values and a single truck, I set out with a clear, singular goal: to make electronic recycling completely effortless and accessible for every business and home across Ontario.
